Because the present moment ... just sucks ...
We talk a lot about future.
It's almost an addiction.
The happiness itself exists only as a future projection ... and even if i've realised that long, long time ago ...i could not stop myself doing the same stupid things.
I ... actually ... had no real plans for being happy into the present moment ... but always lived with the illusory hope of a better future.
I even came into a point of ... feeling that the presence of hope into my soul ... ruined my life.
Damn it ... i was so, so anchored into the future.
Deep inside myself ... i knew it was all a lie.
... a big lie.
But ... i could not accept to experience life ... being hopeless.
No ...
I could not ... endure that.
More i was meditating ... more I've understood that motivation was ... a crap.
I had to endure .... my unhappiness and accept it as a real fact.
I had to accept that i need to take the decision ... to be happy ... but firstly accepting that i was ... unhappy.
But ... it was much, much easier to lie.
To ... lie myself ... that tomorrow will be ... different ... and even the opposite of ... today.
